NOTES: Express 24h delivery (next working day delivery) is only valid for orders placed before 12:00. Orders placed after this time will still be delivered within 24 hours but will depart the next working day *
All our products will be shipped with double box and once shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking to check the status of the shipment.
NO IMPORT DUTIES OR EXTRA FEES FOR ALL EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR TAXES AFTER AN ITEM SHIPS. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses.
RETURN POLICY
-We accept returns up to 14 days from the order delivery date.
-We accept size changes based on stock availability. Since our products are available in limited quantities , if the requested size is out of stock we cannot exchange *
COSTS:
- Return shipping costs are charged to the customer in case of size change or replacement of the purchased product with another of equal value.
- Return shipping costs are at our expense in case of defective or different product from the one ordered.
CONDITIONS:
-The items not must have been worn, washed or altered and must be returned including all labels and tags and with suitable packaging for storing the product during transport.
-All returned garments are inspected by the RECLAIMED PLAZA team and must comply with all parameters. RECLAIMED PLAZA reserves the right to refuse the exchange / refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy.
